Canfield Lofts - 460 West Canfield

Sold out in 2002. It was pioneer project for Midtown and received national recognition for its daring and success. 32 Loft units varying from 670 to 110 sf, were built in a vintage 1922 auto part warehouse. Many the same edgey design themes - martini columns, exposed ceilings, open floor plan, warehouse windows, indoor parking - will be highlighted and expanded upon in the sequel project - 55 West Canfield.
